Connolly iHealth expands Louisville office

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Connolly iHealth Technologies is expanding in Louisville, creating 45 jobs and investing nearly $3.5 million into the project.

Connolly iHealth Technologies provides billing and payment services to clients in the government and commercial health care and retail industries. The company will move into a new facility in the Meidinger Tower. The additional jobs will add to an employee base of 140 already working in Louisville.

The company serves nearly 100 clients through 50 offices located in four countries and across three continents. Reviewing more than 2 trillion transactions each year, the company saves clients in excess of $2 billion annually. Clients include 20 of the top 25 health care payers and nine of the top 10 retailers in the U.S., as well as Medicaid managed care in 35 states.

The Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority approved the company for tax incentives up to $850,000 through the Kentucky Business Investment program. The performance-based incentive allows a company to keep a portion of its investment over the term of the agreement through corporate income tax credits and wage assessments by meeting job and investment targets.
