CNBC report: Kansas one of top states for business

A CNBC report hailed Kansas as one of the top places to do business in the United States.

To reach its assessment, the report looked at 43 separate measures of competitiveness. Ultimately, Kansas was judged the 15th-best, based on cost of living, access to capital, business friendliness, education, technology and innovation, transportation and infrastructure, economy, quality of life, work force and cost of doing business.
